Overview

Yala National Park is the most visited and second-largest national park in Sri Lanka. Spanning over 978 square kilometres of dry zone forest, grasslands, and lagoons, it boasts the highest leopard density in the world. Beyond leopards, Yala is home to herds of elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles, and over 200 bird species, making every safari an unforgettable encounter with nature.
